Rob has 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500,  start-up & nonprofits to identify and address the gaps and opportunities with their style, team and organizations. He has over four years of experience as the COO for BlackRock Fundamental Equity Investing. He also spent more than 15 years at Goldman Sachs, holding senior executive roles across various departments and leading the company’s expansion into Latin America. In addition to their corporate roles, they serve on the board of two non-profit organizations: Make-A-Wish Foundation NYC and Help Us Adopt.
