Having spent the first part of her career as an executive recruiter at Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry in Colombia with a diverse portfolio of companies, she developed a broad-based knowledge and understanding of different industries and cultures.

Karen has worked with different executive levels from executives to individual contributors in the entertainment, retail, energy and biotech industries.
