Carolyn’s leadership training builds on a 20-year career in corporate and private banking. Previously, she served as a Senior Vice President with HSBC’s Private Bank managing a global team and spent 15 years with Citigroup in working in New York, Sao Paulo, London and Hong Kong holding various client-facing and leadership positions. She is the author of “fired Up or Burned out: How to Reignite your Team’s Passion, Creativity and Productivity” and is conversant in French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Carolyn is certified in Hogan Assessments and works extensively with MBTI and 3600 assessments.
